Jack, without using personal attacks or profanity, do you think you can explain to me why a company with fairly predictable negative cash flow would pay $125,000 to buy the worthless half of an option and then not pay for the other half when it comes due? What value did we as shareholders derive from that transaction?

I'm asking you specifically because I'm highly impressed with your in depth business knowledge as evidenced by your postings here. Thanks in advance for your reply.
