Dear Mr. Acquaviva,
Thank you for writing. On January 10, Bob Root left the Company citing personal reasons. On that day, Alfred H. Falk was promoted from within from VP of Business Development to President, and Woody Norris re-assumed the position of CEO, relinquishing his Chief Technology Officer post. Mr. Falk has the bulk of responsibility for day-to-day operations.
Mr. Falk, and our CFO, Kathleen Terry, pay great attention to cutting costs and keeping them to a minimum. Their interest, like yours, I am sure, is to improve the Company's bottom line.
The Company recently announced two significant contracts on the private label and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) front, one with Sanyo Information Systems, UK Ltd, and another with Lanier Worldwide, Inc.
I would be happy to keep you updated as news comes out on the Company, and add your name to our E-mail list for Press Release distribution on the day they are released.
