The class action suits are all premature (not to mention wasteful). If CPQ manages to salvage the quarter or even come close they will have all the ammunition they need to defend themselves. This is one of the reasons CPQ won't warn even if they suspect/know that they won't meet the quarter. They've covered themselves with the "backend loaded quarter" statement.
