The boys sure have a hard time being anything but bullish on the
company don't they ? IMO the advent of the lower than expected
stock price has compelled the rating change. Can't say as I blame
them they've had a strong buy out and the stock price continues to drop.
Now that they're in a neutral position it will probably rise.

I don't agree with their contention that IOM needs more advertising.
They own 85% of the market and it doesn't make sense to promote
at a time when you know the sales aren't going to be there. This
quarter is a known seasonally slow quarter.

I would also take issue with their praise of K.E.'s business practices and
further feel that it was K.E.'s short comings that hurt the company in
1998.

Serik did an outstanding job executing the rescue of the company and I
believe that Glore will surprise.
