***OT***Vendit et al, FWIW here's what I would do in Kosovo:
1. Tell the refugees to get out of Kosovo as fast as possible. We want them separated from the Serb's and out of harm's way.
2. Give all the aid we can to the neighboring countries receiving the refugees. Food, clothing, shelter, $$ etc.
3. Continue to eliminate the Serb's AA capability.
4. When refugees are out and the AA destroyed, call in the B52's and level Kosovo and destroy the Serb forces located there.
5. When the Serbs attempt to retreat from Kosovo, call in the A10's, fighters, and attack helicopters to take out their armor and artillery.
6. When the Serb forces are destroyed, dictate our terms for a peace agreement, and allow the Albanians to return.
7. Give aid to the Albanians to help them rebuild Kosovo.

We have to separate the Albanians from the Serbs before we can destroy the Serbs. This is the only way I can see to do that without sending in ground troops.

OK all you daytrader/military strategist wannabe's out there, am I right? If so, do you think the Pentagon and Clinton admin. are considering a similar plan? Regards, Lee
