Hi Jeff, long time no see! where have you been hiding? The last quarterly report was late because of the airline strike and their accountant's getting stuck in California. Of course, if they were not waiting til the last minute, it wouldn't have happened either. The last annual report was months late partially due to verification of the land holdings. I am sure that this was a move to correct those much complained about events, not to cook the books! It seems to me that just about every company that I have ever owned, big and small, has changed their accountants without any shareholder vote. I view this as very positive. I hope that they start on their 10ksb EARLY, proof read it WELL, get rid of some of the CLUTTER, and talk extensively about their new PROJECTS. Hope to see the promised share holders meeting also. Dave
