Hello all,

As a former ACTC owner I can only relay my experience with this stock. It looked too good, and the earnings were growing soo fast that it seemed like a no brainer to buy and hold. The company was aquiring other companies and everything looked great. Then I realized that ACTC buys these companies with stock causing a severe dilution of the shareholders value. Sure the income was doulbing and more, but the shares were doing the same causing EPS to actually decline! We started buying ACTC at around $7 and finally sold at around $4 on a bounce up. I am glad to be out of this one, however, if management ever stops printing shares, the EPS may begin to rise.
FWIW,
Curtis
