Interesting that since February, there has been quite a bit of positioning through either substantial private placements, convertable notes, and bonus shares. I suppose it depends how you want to look at it. Yes, these events do lead to some further dillution. I tend to look at it in a more positive light in that insiders are being positioned prior to an increase in shareprice that they fully expect.
