Steve Harmon didn't name a BCST takeout figure, Craig.

He applied his "user value" model to BCST last week and came up with a valuation equivalent to $138.44 per share. He did not, however, imply that BCST would be acquired for this or any other amount per share. Then, as now, Steve suggests that a number of firms should be interested in acquiring BCST.

I believe the $110-130 per share price range originated with the "BusinessWeek" Online article commenting on YHOO's interest in BCST a little over a week ago. There was no attribution for this price range and thus, it could merely be speculation or a "leak." Other media have since quoted this range as though it's the gospel. Truth be told, there is no hard evidence of an acquisition price target.
