Wayne, you raised a whole bunch of questions there and I really don't have much of an answer for any of them. I've inquired of them several times and I've posted what I've been told, which isn't much. I do wish the financials would come out and get them to the point of being a reporting company. I've talked to them several times in regards to this, as far back as December 97, and each time I've been told they're working on it. Even if there are a few things in the "woodpile", so to speak, they should not be too hard to bury. Many details do not come out in these type things. As for which Director owns what, your guess is as good as mine. Is this an intentional news black out or just nothing to report? Anyone contacted them lately? Jim J
