Nothing is going to happen - except possibly the stock re-tracing back to $90 (unlikely). You must remember the offer from Paul Allen was a tender offer at $90 - that means he is offering to take the shares off your hands at $90. What a nice guy! Some people (me included) think that this was an elaborate ploy to put a "floor" under the stock. Think about it. Now that everyone knows that PA is willing to pay $90 for the stock, do you think it will go below that?
