Jack, no retsina? Retsina goes great with Greek Spinach Pie and Greek salad with feta. Of course it only took me about 8 years to get to like it - but now I am hooked. Greek cooking has very strong spices and requires a wine such as Retsina that is strong in flavor (yes I know it tastes like turpentine - VBG). We have a large greek salad with feta every night.
