New similarities between Kosovo and VietNam. CNBC reported this morning that Gen.Clark wanted to expand the target list. NATO political heads decided not to expand the target list. The military campaign has not been given a mission statement and given the freedom to target as needed as was done in Desert Storm. Militarily it is becoming more like VietNam. VietNam had political leaders from one country deciding military action. Does anyone think a group of NATO political leaders are better able to decide military tactics? Do not send ground troops in unless the military commanders can determine the future of the troops. Pat
