DARPA - Your worst fear might not be that bad. BHFC could be bringing more to the table than GTMI has to offer. There are a lot of examples where a merger with a reverse has been very good for the stockholders. You have to differentiate between just a reverse split (LTGL and ICEH for example) and what is happening, I believe, in this scenario. We need to find out more about BHFC - they seem to be the player in this case. Jeff
