Creative Gaming Signs Letter of Intent to Acquire Group of Wireless Business
Entities

ISELIN, N.J., March 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Creative Gaming Inc.
(Nasdaq BB: CLPI) ( the "Company") announced today that it has entered into
Letters of Intent to acquire a group of entities currently engaged in the
development and management of wireless business communications (220-222 MHz)
systems. The entities named by the Company are Charlotte Dispatch LLC,
Dispatch Big Easy LLC, as well as Starlink Telecommunications Group Inc. This
transaction is subject to Creative Gaming reaching satisfactory agreements
with certain of its creditors and other conditions prior to closing.
In April 1990, the FCC allocated this frequency range
(220-222 MHz narrowband) to Private Land Mobile Radio Service. For digital or
analog, voice or non-voice transmission including the exchange of data between
PC's, 220 MHz will allow subscribers greater bandwidth than existing wireless
options. Occupying clean, uncluttered airwaves, known as the "Virgin
Spectrum," communications over this frequency range will provide great range
and clarity. Through the use UHF as well as VHF signals, communications
using devices in this spectrum will not be degraded by the presence of
buildings and/or foliage.
If consummated the company would plan to expand its presence in the
wireless business communications arena through the acquisition of companies
possessing not only similar licenses in diversified geographic regions, but a
solid subscriber base in those areas as well.

The Company, which is presently not a "reporting" company, intends to
bring all its filings current with the Securities and Exchange Commission as
soon as practicable following the completion of the Company's audited
financials.
For more information please call The Company 732-205-9665,
fax 732-906-5676.
