Announces License of Patented Transcription Based Assay Technology to Bristol-Myers Squibb (snip) "SIBIA will receive annual maintenance payments for use of the technology and royalty payments if compounds discovered as a result of this technology are commercialized." The nice thing? Companies that will license this technology will have been using it for drug discovery for quite some time. The projects could be quite advanced.
