Bluegreen, please stick to the issues. Robert K made a great find. Patients are being accrued. I doubt anyone can start this process if P III has not been approved by the FDA. So, it is obvious, a trial is underway. We do not know it is P III. It could be another P II trial. We do not know who is running the trial. Yes the drug is now called xoma/hu11124. I do not remember it being called anything but hu1124 before. While an indication it is not proof. Robert and others do not seem to understand why one would and in fact should be upset if shareholders were not told about XOMA's involvement.
