You comment on roll-outs and the lack thereof. In fact TLS has received more orders in the last 12 months than in the previous 5 years. While you may argue that's not saying much, look at the Edward's order last October and the Stop'N'Shop order in January: 70 and 33 stores respectively. To me, these orders qualify as "roll-outs". A former colleague, head of trading at the time, once said, "There are all kinds of good reasons for selling a stock... impatience isn't one of them". BTW, I'm bidding at $2.70 if you want to CFO your order!
