CPU Bears, I have a large position in CPU and I would like anyone to tell me why I should sell these shares right now. Does anyone out there believe that this stock is going to head lower. If so, how far?

I have liked CPU since it was in the low teens. Now, I believe it is a great buy. But, I would also like to hear the other side of the story.
