I doubt it. Analysts usually like to wait until a stock
has really made a move before they upgrade. They want to
be sure that yesterday's upswing wasn't just a blip. They
are fond of sticking their necks out after the movement, not
before. Did you see anyone downgrade CPU at 14? Nope, they
waited until it was falling in the 8's.
