I would agree, but then we are not talking about a fortune 500 company here. This company works on a shoestring.

The language barrier DID cause them problems.

Other things that we have complained to Madera about were mislabeled columns, using the wrong previous year numbers, and the inclusion of outdated materials.

Hopefully the new accountants will at least proof read the report, unlike the last.

Again I will venture that Madera did this in response to our complaints and questions. I for one am very happy that we have recieved this responce to our concerns. Every situation IS DIFFERENT. Platitudes are helpful, but are sometimes INCORRECT. Knowing a company before you invest in it and keeping on top of the situation is the only defense.

I, unlike some other posters, watched this stock and it's thread for a year and a half before I ever bought any.

You'll notice I was correcting a number.

Some people have asked me if I always have to be right. My answer is no, but I want to see the information on this thread as correct as it can be.

I would suggest that you Tonto, if you are not playing with your friend that you have stalked here, take a little time and do your D&D on WOOD before you start to judge it on this thread. Otherwise you are no different then any other basher.
