I don't disagree that the Company said that. I'm only suggesting that it may be sooner, or it may be later. The point of clarification I was trying to make is that the so-called "expiration date" of the ABACF "option" will be dictated by when they run out of cash, or when three creditors force them into an involuntary bankruptcy, and not when the Company says they might run out of cash. Isn't the "end of 1999" date based upon the presumption that Rice et al will continue to infuse capital into the Company? Do you honestly believe that, given what Rice already knows, he will continue to pour good money after bad into this particular investment?
