Dave, your presumptions are preposterous. I received my first requested investor packet from Madera before their first wood shipment. The company has interested me for a long time. If you take the time to check, you will learn that the billing structure from the larger accounting firms are nominal, and in fact, well worth the cost, as in many cases, the reduction in tax liabilities are well worth careful selection. I have first hand experience in this as I use Grant Thornton for both Domestic and International purposes. A common mistake many people make is assuming that large firms are only for fortune 500 companies. They most certainly are not. I would agree, but then we are not talking about a fortune 500 company here.... Some people have asked me if I always have to be right. My answer is no, but I want to see the information on this thread as correct as it can be. I also want information on this thread to be correct. That requires correcting false statements.
