Absolutely correct. With the final filing of the Form 10 and the S-1 registration, and with this years numbers they should also be full NMS qualified. Couples with the current share price exceeding $5 for more than 30 days, marginable is a factor as well.
The numbers of 20-25 million are old figures. If they continue to deal with large cap companies the firgures in my estimate could exceed 50. But, that is just a thought not a fact. But, lets see what they come out with in the future.
EPS, from that stand point, like most internet deals there is not a lot of stock issued and out standing. About 9,000,000 shares and a 450,000-500,000 share float doesn't hurt either. |
