MRPS attorney says that Rozzi got a total of 827,400 shares from company. The two 144 filings I am aware of total a sale/planned sale of 400,000.I am awaiting their securities attorney confirmation and further info. and how this does or does not effect the shares outstanding and float I was also told that they believe the entire 1.4 mill shares of Russo have been sold.
