I think many of us anticipated a higher share price for TSIG.com so the share dilution would be minimized. The key questions in my mind are - at what particular point in time do the PP folks receive their TSIG.com shares and under what terms ? Contractually - when are they authorized to sell those shares ? Also - has TSIG.com only used the first 2.5 million installment of the PP thus far ? It would be nice to hear some facts about the PP.
