The company granted the underwriters an overallotment option to purchase up to 375,000 additional common shares. The offering will be made through Lehman Brothers, BT Alex. Brown, Merrill Lynch & Co., Wit Capital Corp. as e-manager (TM). After the offering, outstanding common will total 71,896,295 shares. Net proceeds will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.
