I think their decision has to be to do the spin-off. I would think the big discussion today will be on timing, i.e they will not want to do immediately if a major correction on internet stocks seems likely. On the other hand such a correction ALWAYS seems likely, so they can miss the boat if they wait too long. I guess we should know something soon. Tom
