Float on CYSS is like 350K and no one buying or selling because spread is too large.

I am learning still like everyone else but it appears to me that ultra low float stocks are way more manipulated by MM's who can simply widen the spread and stop all activity.

Also Canadian stocks like CYSS and PNET (which had even better news than CYSS) seem tougher to move upwards, at least some of them. But both seem destined for success.
