Thx Thomas, KISS ... the case is dead ... this is very good NEWZ .... EXCERPT: The suit was ordered dismissed in its entirety by Judge Woodlock, U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts, on Wednesday, May 27, 1998. Plaintiffs appealed the dismissal and on Monday, March 22, 1999, the Court of Appeals entered judgement affirming the decision of the District Court dismissing the litigation.
