no, that decline was a mere correction (the fact that bonds and UTIL didn't selloff w/ stocks proved that it was a mere correction if you were looking.. although I was one of the guys jumping up and down for a bomb.. in hindsight.. I realize that was foolish... This an end to an 18 yr bull mkt and will be a crash, not a correction... they are two different animals. buy this: iqc.com and this: iqc.com
