Alex,

Paradise Pizza is on West Portal, close to the Sloat entrance (down the street from the MUNI tunnel).

They make just about anything you want!! My favorite there was their fresh tomato and basil pizza, with whole leaves of basil and tomatoes sliced and put on top at the end of baking, so they're still kinda crunchy -- HEAVEN!!!

Alex, seeing as you live in such close proximity to "The Hell" (El Camino) in Sunnyvale, have you ever been to We Be Sushi? A little dump in the shopping center at the corner of Fair Oaks and El Camino where the Wells Fargo just closed. There's also a Winchell's in there. The sushi is great!! The restaraunt is run by a Japanese family -- the dad is the sushi chef, the mother and daughter both wait tables and cook Miso, Teriyaki, etc. Check it out!

Also, speaking of pizza, any other South Bay Area - ites out there who like Tony and Alba's? GREAT PIZZA!

I would love to hear any other restaraunt recommendations out there. My boyfriend's a great cook, but when he doesn't feel like slaving over a hot stove, we have to go out since I'm a complete failure in the kitchen!
