re: CTEN I think the buyout is/was legit. Today's news is CTEN is having records looked at in a civil case involving possible improper billing. Looks like the market has already decided the charges are true I guess. If true I suppose the deal may fall through now. If I was the acquiring company I'd definitely take a second look. Almost certainly this will cause at least a delay, short of some fancy footwork by CTEN management. OTOH it may turn out to be nothing and the stock will head back to near $16.
