Wow. PTD looks ready to rumble..vol picking up and pushing price up on News of Business Plan progression...looks like some smart money came into this one in a big way several weeks back and will benefit on the big run if one occurs...this stock once almost hit $ 1.50 and looks interesting to maybe make it half the way there soon. Just chart-reading but my senses were right on the money on SCS Solar which rocketed yesterday after similar good news.
