Well, here's some GOOD news for you.

I wouldn't be so quick to write them off just yet. After the problems they experienced in 1996, the company has taken drastic steps to rectify the situation. The first of which is illustrated in the following:

ACCENT SOFTWARE LANDS SONY EXECUTIVE
TO BE NEW CEO

February 5, 1997 - Accent Software International, Ltd. (NASDAQ:ACNTF) announced
today that Todd A. Oseth, 35, has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr.
Oseth was Vice President of Business Development for Sony's Information Technologies of
America company, where he was part of the team to establish Sony's information technology and the
launching of Sony's personal computer products. Prior to Sony, Mr. Oseth was involved in several
hardware and software start-up companies, including serving as President of Enhanced Memory
Systems, a Ramtron International Corporation subsidiary.

"We are pleased to have Todd lead the Accent team," stated Roger Cloutier, Chairman of Accent.
"Todd's enthusiasm and expertise in developing companies and establishing a world wide marketing
presence for software products will be of great value to our business. By bringing Todd into the
company and establishing a larger United States presence for Accent, we can better focus on
advanced products for the world-wide market."

"Accent is a true leader in language products," stated Todd Oseth. "Also, I am enthusiastic about
AgentSoft and its intelligent agent technology, which I consider to be more advanced than the
industry in terms of its sophistication and potential. I believe I can help both companies focus their
business strategies and develop new market opportunities. My time at Sony has been valuable to me
for developing information technology products for the best consumer company in the world,
however, the opportunity to lead Accent to the next level of business performance by exploiting
leading-edge software technologies is a unique opportunity that I believe I can do well." In
conjunction with Todd's appointment, Robert Rosenschein will assume the position of Co-Chairman
of Accent's Board of Directors. "As a founder, I am proud and excited to bring someone of Todd's
caliber to our Company. I expect to continue to serve Accent, especially in areas of technology
development."

Accent Software International, Ltd., develops, markets and supports multilingual text processing,
Internet and productivity software. Accent's products are marketed directly by the Company and
through distributors in more than 30 countries worldwide. Founded in 1988, Accent Software
International, Ltd., is headquartered in Jerusalem, Israel. The company's subsidiary, AgentSoft Ltd.,
focuses on the development of intelligent agent technologies for the Internet and enterprise Intranet.

Have a good weekend.
