Its not acting like a stock under seige!! there is literally no shares on the bid side, yet it is being hit and maintaining stability above 15.00?? I think the US patent for the Dutch auction may outway any "ammendment"....unless the ammendment delays listing!! But my understanding is once the process is under way the listing goes ahead,...the ammendments are made based on price change...ie. down = small cap....up = national market.. So my thoughts are they probably ammended to National..if so that will be seen as a positive...because the NASDAQ small cap will go ahead and National when approved will move them up on the board! the Chief
