I2: Russell has been over and above 400 quite often since November 1, 1998 so no big deal if it goes above 400. It would be nice to see the market broaden out to the Russell after the portfolio managers have readjusted their holdings at the end of this month. Who knows? The institutional flow to the likes of AOL is amazing. This last run is nothing more than the big boys wanting to get their feet in the internet. Show me the money on the small caps. Looks like Brinker was right about waiting for the money flows in the small caps, at least up to this point.
