COMMENT: Feel something needs to be said here. First, to say I am appalled by a company official using this king of language and tactics is
a gross understatement and IMO reflects directly on the quality of Management of this company. Also, was it not Mr. Mersereau that solicited hard working dollars from hard working people to keep this company alive. Without this money the company would not assist. This money was used to keep BCMD alive and in compliance and now he attacks these individuals.
When the truth be known all will realize that this is beyond comprehension especially given the fact that this has nothing to do (at least until now) with any individual or individuals. It has only to do with BCMD's inability to honor it's contractual obligations. This does not even take into account the documented missrepresentations used to attract
these private placement participants. My god, this money kept the company alive. Was it not Mr. Mersereau that solicited these funds and if he did get something out of it was it any different from others like Downey, Lionel (?), Chapin and others that were given stock for their help. This is so telling of the quality of managmement
at BCMD that I am speechless. When this company needed dollars for legal issues or compliance issues for filings and such these individuals came to the rescue. Anyway, these actions are in IMO very serious and given Larry's posture of pouring gasoline on the fire they are sure to get worse unless he immediately cahnges his tune. Also, the comment about no money in BCMD for these issues, maybe the money used for gold shows and other unrelated expenses should have been used to honor the companies agreements and not sqaundered. This is an outrage and personally Larry I find your actions offensive to all.
