Claude I don't know of anything. One thing I was wondering about, but don't feel it'd be the reason without a news release is this...
March 23-26 Telexpo, White pavilion extension, Stand 35, Sao Paulo, Brazil
And I'm sure you know of the CeBit news...
At the CeBIT exhibition in Hannover, German telecommunications company Deutsche Telekom announced the launch of a high speed broad bandwidth Internet service using ADSL technology. The service will start at the beginning of April for businesses, and at the beginning of July for the general public.
Deutsche Telekom will buy the equipment from Israeli companies Orckit and ECI Telecom, and from Siemens of Germany. Orckit's share of the order is more than 50%, the rest being divided between ECI and Siemens. According to Deutsche Telekom's announcements, it intends to install at least 100,000 lines by the end of the year.
Those are my best shots at guessing what's causing the activity. |
