Essentially I was saying that yes, the TSE is not a market maker market. It is a specialist market. This is not to say, however, that firms that trade in this stock cannot still play the market. Especially those who will will be designated as market makers for Nasdaq. Since BII is not doing an offering when listing on the Nas, the market makers will have to pick up their shares somehow. They will have to have some liquidity in order to make the market on Nasdaq. In the meanwhile, they are trading on the TSE. Their trading and trading strategy will obviously have an impact. This is what I was getting at in my original post.
