56K definitely Rockwell chipsets. Note that someone just sued USRX for patent infringement on 56K technology (heard that on CNBC this AM but didn't catch who it was that's suing). Also USRX has delayed shipments of their 56K modems although some retailers are already advertsing they're available, with no new delivery date announced. Dee Jay
