Hello Victor - This also surfaced on the Burke thread a couple hours ago. A few of us have posted on it, check out the thread if you are interested. In a nutshell, stupid move for CPQ in my opinion, EP has enough fight on his hands with Dell and the PC business, along with assimilating DEC and the E-commerce buys. Why on earth would CPQ want to take on the capital requirements of AMD's chip business, along with fighting Intel?
