Just joined the thread. Just one thing to say. Lawsuit or not, this and TMCS are the most undervalued of the major internet companies today, by a huge amount. Half the value of Excite and 10% the value of Yahoo is totally absurd. The company has a much greater reach than Excite and almost as wide a reach as Yahoo. And the promotion and e-commerce it will get from the merger will be unreal. 6 months from now, people who panicked on Lycos will look unbelievably foolish. Barry Diller will do for this company what he did for Fox. Problem is the majority of people just have no vision so we might just have to wait for earnings for everyone to realize their foolishness.
