USA public continues to favor isolationism and non-involvement when
military conflict is the issue. That was true in all the wars of Europe.

Fortunately, our President doesn't have to ask permission from a divided
congress to offer humanitrian relief deployments.

You can be sure the military inteligence knew exactly what was taking
place in Serbia...as talks progressed and bombing was expected. Kosovo
was history -- before the bombs fell. Nato is attempting to stop the
expansion of Serbia's destructive abilities and deminish it's ability
to strick at other nations on its' borders.
