Just to keep this thread alive, some comments:

3% insider ownership, while not a lot, isn't terribly unusual. In fact, one way to look at it is: If they don't own much of the company, they are under heavier pressure from the stockholders to perform (voting, etc...). Many companies stress shareholder value,particularly when the stock price is down.

Also, does it strike anyone else that this company's revenue per share is over $27 while most companies in this sector sales per share is about one-to-three? Hard to believe the price per share is around 10 bucks!

Also, the company was d.($1.14) in '95. '96 should come in around break even. Isn't this a $1.14 improvement?

Also, Given the few number of shares vs. revenue, does anyone (like me) think that once things get turned around the potential is enormous?
