jj, no net new buy signals generated. 10M is just the last day of the quarter window dressing. If this rally is to broaden out we will HAVE TO SEE the Option stock Bullish PErcent at least get enough net new buy signals to at least reverse into X's. Otherwise it just isn't broad. This is a spiral of the large cap stocks and this is good for our Relative strength Dogs of the Dow and there are many stocks that look good but on a 12 month basis right now the average mutual fund is up .7%, the russell 2000 is down 17%, the Dow Jo9nes is up 11% and the S&p is up 17%. The NASDAQ advnace decline line made a new all time low last week. Riks is high so only buy on pullbacks and manage the trade. When the Dow JOnes hit 1000 the first time in 1966, cash outperformed the market for the next 21 years. Tom
