Barbara,

The 10-Q was filed on the 19th, but the EDGAR server has been acting up so a lot of people haven't seen it yet.

The company posted a loss of $0.25 for the quarter on revenues of $18 million. The loss was due to rate increases by carriers that the company did not pass on to customers and the company writing off $2.14 million in uncollectible accounts.

Mills, according to the 10-Q, resigned from Hi-Rim and Vergiels is now listed as "President."

In other news, 12 of the 30 indicted in the U.P. stock fraud case have plead guilty, and have agreed to cooperate with investigators.

Personally, I think the fact that the stock didn't go to peanuts on this kind of news is encouraging, from a risk-seeking trader's point of view. It ought to turn the gut of anyone who considers themselves an "investor."
