DBCC bought and held today. I just have an instinct that something is going on here. I could have traded it for a quick profit but this guy has had more attention to it than the PR that came out should have given it. Very bullish close today and high volume. I see positioning today. My instincts are telling me this could be in play beyond today. I'm also hearing that a target of $25 is being set short term by some news letter outfit.
