Wolff, make sure to have the people who will loan me the $10 million to loan to you contact me as well. <g> Of course perhaps you could loan the $10 million to them, to loan to me, to loan to you. We'll each take a $1 million fee, book it as earnings, without any cash changing hands. Hey, if we do it over the 'net, it should be worth a $1/2 billion market cap.
