Look at the chart. Last 20 days, 14 days higher than previous close, 1 day unchanged from previous close, 5 days lower than previous close. Not to mention it closed higher or unchanged 13 out of the last 15 trading days in a market where the Russell 2000 closed yesterday at a negative for the year. Proving that you know nothing about CYOE other than what it closed at, you can't even read a stock chart.

Heys brains, tell me how you are going to short a BB stock. And tell me why. I've already heard the your brilliant insight on how they have no assets. Which by the way isn't even close to the truth. I'm sure you can't comprehend a financial statement.

MFantetti has been on AOL and buying CYOE for over a year. There has been no insider selling!!!, only insider buying. NASD listing takes 6-8 weeks application is in. Sellfirst has never owned CYOE and probably never shorted it or owned any of the other stocks. If you read some of the boards that sellfirst has been on you see some interesting confessions by sellfirst, he is a fraud. The stock market has been down better than 9%, and bigger companies than CYOE are down 20% or more for the year. CYOE is up more than 100% for year. Don't fall for this nonsense CYOE will be alot higher in the coming months, and be listed. The best idea is not to even respond to him. This is my last response in regard to anything sellfirst has to say. He is a idiot he knows nothing about CYOE. Take my advice hold CYOE and don't listen or respond to anything this jerk has to say!!! Subj: dd Date: 3/30/99 2:17:27 PM Pacific Standard Time From: Floyd3491 To: Floyd3491

what multiple are you using, company earned .12 for the quarter without one time charges. Yuri sold at 35 when it earned .15 for its quarter a year ago. Second quarter should be even stronger when American Gateway get up and going. This is very positive news. As I said before without the one time charges, the company would have had earnings of .12, next quarter should be even better wth American Gateway coming on-line. Listing on the NASDQ, settlement of the lawsuit, maybe even coverage by a analyst. But remember Sellfirst is never ever wrong, so by all means short it.

Coyote Technologies' DSS Switch Wins 'Best in Class' AwardAt Telecom Business Show
DSS Switch Provides Cost Competitive Solution for Emerging Carriers;
Carrier-Class IP Gateway Improves Bandwidth Efficiency by 800%
WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif., Sept. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Coyote Technologies, a subsidiary of Coyote Network Systems (OTC Bulletin Board: CYOE), today announced that its DSS Switch was selected "Best in Class" for scalable Class 4/5 switches at the Telecom Business Show held at the Jacob Javits Center in New York City earlier this month. There were more than 75 entrants in the Telecom Business Group category in which the DSS Switch was selected.
"Our scalable DSS Switch and Carrier IP Gateway platforms optimize standards-based solutions and bridge the gap between legacy and next- generation networks," said Daniel W. Latham, president and chief operating officer, Coyote Network Systems. "The DSS Switch and Carrier IP Gateway provide the flexibility to route traffic over traditional circuit-switched, IP (Internet protocol), ATM (asynchronous transfer mode), and future networks for optimum efficiency."
The DSS Switch provides access to the Carrier IP Gateway solution. The DSS Switch is designed for central office, tandem, international gateway, value-added services, and Internet access solutions that enable telecom and Internet service providers to enter new markets and generate new revenues. Flexible, scalable and open architected, the DSS Switch scales from 100 to 10,000 lines and operates as a stand-alone switch or in conjunction with products provided through Coyote's Select Partner Program, including ATM technology.
The Carrier IP Gateway solution is a scalable, open standards-based IP platform that enables telecom service providers to seamlessly route traffic over traditional circuit-switched and packet-switched networks. The Carrier IP Gateway combines the high bandwidth utilization of an IP link with 8:1 compression, improving bandwidth efficiency by 800%.
The Carrier IP Gateway solution enables flexible alternate routing of voice, real-time fax, and data traffic over the Internet, intranets and virtual private networks. When used in conjunction with Coyote's DSS Switch, the Carrier IP Gateway scales from 8 T1s to 80 T1s, supporting up to 1,920 compressed voice channels.
The Carrier IP Gateway compresses, packetizes, and decompresses traffic between the Public Switched Telephone Network and IP networks. The unique Load Balancing Server functionality manages the IP traffic and provides alternate routing capabilities. A patent is pending on the Load Balancing Server.
Coyote's Switch Server Architecture offers a "client/server" approach to its vision of the "central office of the future" with access to voice, data, and video services.
